We must come together immediately at Silver Spring Township Supervisor meetings in December, January, and February. We must stand united at each meeting because we would not be surprised if the developer attempts new maneuvering tactics between meetings to get their plan approved. We must fill the room with a multitude of voices proclaiming our opposition to these projects. It’s time we stop developers from running roughshod over our communities. The time you give to these three meetings may well be the most crucial time you give to vigorously defend your way of life, defend your community, and defend your future.

The Township’s engineer identified the proposed project as a warehouse not permitted in this commercial zone.
Our Planning Commission voted for the Supervisors to deny this as not permitted by the zoning ordinance.
The Township’s New Kingstown Vision Committee voted that this proposal was inappropriate and unwanted by the community.
